1) Order Processing

3) Shipping Costs

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
• Free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes), where available.

4) Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

5) Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

• Please verify your address at checkout. We can attempt changes before dispatch—contact us immediately.
• Undeliverable/Refused packages: shipping fees are non-refundable; reshipment may incur additional costs.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes where prohibited by carriers.

7) Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, check with household members and neighbors first.
• Report loss or damage within 7 days of the delivery scan; include photos for damage claims so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

8) Multiple-Item Orders

Items in the same order may ship separately to optimize delivery times. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel when applicable.
